Spoke reflectors on(not as many as above!), reflective material on shoes and overshoes, reflective leg/arm(if at night) straps/snaps....reflective material glued onto backpack(and onto the shoulder straps for front visability)/mudguards and brooks saddleback attachment loops also back of helmet.
Reflector removed from rear mudguard and poundland light rivetted on(set to permenent), seatpost light(cateye 610 on flashing).
Up front cateye EL135 set to flashing.....sometimes have a revolution front light on too set to permenent.

We take our chance hoping they drivers see us and ride defensivly, all we can do is make ourselves as visable as possible...close calls are just one of them things unfortunatly.:bicycle:
