Registration Plates

Just a quick question

Can l purchase a new plate (needed for new ‘BWSOW’), with just the ‘New Keeper’ portion of the V5

Or do l require the full document to do so?

I don't think you need anything to buy a plate, just to transfer it over and that's done paperless.

From the bay of evil, (from scotland ?) so no documentation needed but the plates will be the correct legal standard.
