My wife of 21 years is nearly 9 years younger than me. My previous relationship was with a woman 14 years my senior, which lasted 8 years. I didn't go looking for big age differences they just happened.I think age differences are not only immaterial but also benefits couples!

i know two couples, both men have wives 20 + years younger than them,one having paired up with her Dads best Friend !!! i believe that both these women are gold diggers.One of the women involved has discovered her Husband isnt as wealthy as he first made out,and she is thinking of leaving him !! (i rest my case)Mrs R has a go at me when i mention "golddigger" and i believe even in a relationship based on Love and not money that the age gap becomes an issue later in life.

I made a couple of mistakes on my contribution to this thread earlier. The girl's name was Diane not Dianne and her family were denied the opportunity to see her killer as he was never brought to trial by killing himself after stabbing tragic Diane to death. I was confusing this with another murder. Diane was only 4' 10" tall and weighed less than 7 stones. Her killer, Arthur Comsty was actually 29 years older than her.
