Replacement for Mavic CXP22 rim

I've worn out the rear rim on my commuter / winter bike which is a Mavic CXP 22. I believe these were superseded by CXP elite, which still appear to be available. Are they the exact same size, in other words could I just swop the rims and keep the same spokes and hub?
If it's relevant the old rim is black 32 hole.

Which they seem to be. Job's a good 'un.
Colour and spoke number irrelevant (to ERD).
