Replacement Rear Wheel

I may have mangled my rear beyond repair with an off this week.
It is a Fulcrum 7? 700c disc rear wheel for shimano 11 speed, through axle, that came with the bike.
There is a bewildering number of wheels out there, what would be a similar or slightly better quality wheel?

I had some Fulcrum 3’s that came with a bike. They were a nightmare if a spoke broke as you couldn’t get access to the nipples. So I’ve avoided Fulcrums ever since.
I would go for Mavic, DT Swiss or Hunts. There must be some good Black Friday deals about.

I have some 7's, and I don't like the 2:1 spoke ratio on the rear as they can be a bugger to true.

Shimano rs170 just for the cup and cine bearing?

I think Fulcrum 7's are centerlock? Just in case it is useful (although these are 6 bolt) I've just fitted a set of these after a similar incident to yours. I'm impressed so far.
