Try contacting SYPTE - hey even if you've got through to Stagecoach, still copy them in. As well as your complaint, add your concern that Stagecoach make it so hard to make a complaint.

You don't need camera - I put date, time, place, route, and bus number in a similar incident through to West Yorkshire Metro ........ and had the pleasure of somebody senior in the bus company taking the initiative to phone up, follow up, apologise, and keep me in touch with results of their investigation. Driver got taken off the road for a week's re-training, noted in his personnel file.

I had the same bus cut me up twice within about 3 minutes a couple of weeks ago. I complained by email, received a courteous reply saying the driver had been identified and clearly needed retraining.

It wasn't Sheffield, but it left me feeling quite positive about their response.
