Londoners spend too much time looking at their iphones to drive safely, or so I'm led to believe

I wish more constabularies accepted online traffic reports.

It's not only phones though is it? Recently I've come across quite a few Parcel Farce lorries where the driver has obviously watched the Fast and Furious franchise DVD box-set the night before.
