My sister lives in Portland. I've never been over but my mother has, many times. It seems to be a very nice city to live in with good public transport systems keeping the roads quiet, my mother says unbelievably quiet for a city, you can walk across busy roads no problem.

My sister used to move around to get good jobs, Germany, New York etc, but loves Portland so much that even if she left Intel she wouldn't leave Portland. Must be nice!
