Reports of Ray Price's death are premature

Country singer Ray Price was reported dead... I couldn't sleep last night, so found myself listening to his City Lights album on Spotify at 4.30am this morning. Invitation to the Blues, interestingly, started with "I couldn't sleep last night..." which seemed apt.

Turns out he isn't dead yet:

Good singer is Ray Price, you've got to pick the right stuff though, there was a time when he was just doing string-laden pop crooner stuff. Most people will want the hard core honky-tonk stuff

He's really dead now. Great singer, one of the last of the old crew. This is a bit string laden, cracking tune though.
