Beautiful sunny day for the 2nd edition of DD1 18th birthday party; just a shame that the party's 60 miles north. Should be ok.

Mrs Wakemalcolm's up to medium doh, but an array of teenagers who have no grasp on the time space continuum at the best of times never mind on a Sunday, might take that higher.

Great day had at my mates eldest kids wedding, glad I stopped drinking once dinner was scoffed - free bar until end of night meant it got a bit messy for some people. Final pub trip in a bit to wish the bride & groom good luck on the way home then headed back.

Long run done, need more food now. Might be good and watch the gp on the turbo with a slow spin, or I could cycle to the pub. Unfortunately I need smooth roads to stop hurty finger - shame around here is as smooth as a teenagers chat up line

Afternoon
Yesterday ended up with a trip to the pub so failed get up for todays club run. So went out on my own 75 miles done with the delight of a headwind both ways fortunately it wasn’t that strong. But now feeling a bit battered. Might need a drink to recover.

It was cloudy in the morning time when I had my coffee.
