A tip - you could attach a doc which has Reston Waste typed thousands of times in WHITE in size 6 either on the main page or in header and footer or even better everytime you post on a forum add the company's name in white font 100 times next to your link. They might though demand that Youtube removes your footage .

To get higher now, simply link (or get links) to the video from good sources. This thread, any other cycle forums, waste management forums, blog articles, etc. If you could get some links from their competitor's website...that probably wouldn't be bad either

Yep...There are a number of old 'hacks' you could use to get to the top of Google. Google (and other search engines) will just refuse to index your site if you do them as it generally means your content is crap. If you had good content then people would link to it, organically, which is what should get to the top of search engines.

Well, I suppose in theory yes as Google don't know (or probably care) who actually did the bad SEO. It's probably better to have their site there still, with the video near by. Maybe link to their website from the video, just so Google knows that the two results are directly related.
