My wife had one and rode it to Bologna a few years ago. She liked it despite it being a bit heavy, but we sold it as it was slightly too big for her.
A very decent bike.
 
I have the 2011 model and I think it's great. The wheels are good and the canti brakes are decent enough. I've done a few tours on it and I use it as my weekend bike too. A great all rounder. Mine came with secondary levers which I can't see on the 2012 version, I find them very handy when negotiating rougher terrain.
 
it does look like they've fitted cheaper bits here and there, the rack looks lesser value than mine. It's still the same price as I paid for mine though, which is still a great price IMO. They did drop last year's to £350 if you can wait.
