Reynolds Solitude Wheel Set

It's mrs d's birthday soon and she wants some new wheels for her summer bike. Wiggle have got these at £283 (£354) list. Anyone got any or other suggestions around the same price. She's about 8 & 1/2 stone and they'll be used for sportives, summer club runs etc.

I was going to get her some Zonda's but the new ones aren't compatible with Shimano 9 speed.

Chain Reaction are selling American Classic CR420 at £219 - an excellent price for an aero very lightweight wheelset, if I weighed 8.5 stone I'd buy them, but I weigh 12.5 stone so I wouldn't.

They look good wheels and being aero they'll hopefully be slicker through the air....although crosswinds will be more noticable as you know.

Got a good deal on some Fulcrum racing 3's from Dave Harding so have ordered them.
