So, after 2 years away I was tempted back by low prices and re-assurance from cyclechat forumers that RibbleCycles has improved over the last year or so.

Rubbish - still crap!

I don't use Ribble any more due to past experiences. I use CRC and have the odd snag, like an order I've got ongoing now that's still processing even though everything is in stock.

Wiggle have never let me down yet and they are very similar price wise to CRC nowadays, I usually get the 10% discount and get the fiver voucher on orders over £50 which makes them fairly competitive.

Most of my orders are at ribble these days. Can't complain at delivery times under 48 hours.

What was the problem? It shouldn't be stock availability because the system is live.

Great opening post.

"Company x is crap but I'm not going to tell you why!"

Immensely useful info there! Cheers!

This, unfortunately, is a busy time of year for bike shops.
The clocks have changed and the sun feels warmer.

Easter hols are nearly here so guess what, thousands of cyclists want their bits and pieces NOW!

I have not had any problem with Ribble.
