I've not said anything about the missing link.
What I'm saying is that your questions are bound by what you see yourself.
Show me a new colour. You can't, because you're living within a world that has a defined colour spectrum. But if we're living in a world which was created with its limits, and the creator is outside of the limits, then there's more possible than we can understand. There's plenty that we don't understand because we can only see it from our view.

Its a daft argument really. Its suggesting a multi-universe dynamic, and as it currently stands people confuse "multiverse" with "more than one universe". If you're (and I mean people in general, not you specifically MrP) essentially suggesting that a being in another universe somehow triggered the creation of this universe then thats a whole different scenario to biblical or deity based creation. I dont think it would be daft to assume that science in this universe could very well work out such a dynamic and how it works, the physics might be slightly different but it would still have to work within a mathematical structure.
Science will always find a way of figuring things out. We once thought sub atomic particles, and the energy pulses that made them were as you phylosophically suggested a different spectrum of colour, who is to say we wont discover many other amazing things? Who is to say we cant figure out the singularity..? We have time.
