Richmond hill and its new resident

Between the star and garter and petersham road . I guess the cost to buy that little plot of land would be millions but someone has just put up a tent and it looks like they have been living there for a while with the amount of rubbish outside the tent . Now the leaves have blown off the trees they have no cover .
Whats the guessing on how long they will be there hurting no one ?
Its about a year for a landlord to get rid of a squatter costing them money isnt it ? I give the tent people a week .

Depends of what sort of person the landlord may be. Are they honest and law abiding themselves, or are they likely to send round several large men with sloping foreheads and leather jackets?

I think the landlord is probably the Queen Although it is just out side her wall . When i say just , i really hope they have bog roll on a nail attached to the wall .
