I have just watched ride of my life , an hour long film in which rob penn, ( he who spent 3 years cycling around the world)
sets of on a journey to build his dream bike , ii can highly recommend watching it

No its not about his ride around the world its about him building his dream bike , same chap though

His book I mention is all about building his dream bike, frame, wheels, group set etc going all over the world visiting the various factories and people. Plus some background.

Not a bad film, it was all over BBC4 18 months or so ago too, is it the one with the rather idiosyncratic 2 tone paint job at the end of it all. And whizzing down the trails in Marin county
