Rider Down - Balham - CS7

Went past at about 6.15pm. Southbound just after the tube station entrance. cyclist lying in the road with lots of people around them. No sight of any other parties involved and i couldn't see a damaged bicycle.
No idea what happened but i hope they are ok

I saw you just ahead of me at Colliers Wood, I must have been a few light phases behind you.
I also saw those two cyclists talking to the copper, no idea what that was about.

An ambulance went past me at colliers wood station going north, i suspect it was for him.
