I live in Cheshunt, Herts, which is just outside the M25 and north of Enfield, and I just wanted to see if there were any other riders in the nearby area who fancied getting together for the occasional ride out.
I am not super fit, don't own a bike weighing next to nothing (in fact a Surly LHT) but have been known to wear lycra occasionally.
Clubs sort of near me either have start points some distance away, have shorter rides than I am looking for, or look a bit scary in terms of the distance / speed they go - unfair to them probably.
Quite happy to ride 40-50+ miles at an average speed of about 12 mph
