Hi there, I need someone to ride with. I have been off of the bike for nearly 2 years and need some longer slow rides to get back into it. Thank you. Lloyd

Or even us - the second slowest club in South London. But starting from scratch to a minimum of 35 miles is still a bit of a jump. You could check out some of the ride maps and see if you can get to, say, Leatherhead under your own power. If you can then it will be a breeze with company.

Otherwise contact Croydon Cyclists for introductory rides. Putting the bike on the train at Balham to Purley, Tattenham Corner or similar is a great way to cut the cr*p and quickly into enjoyable cycling down Surrey lanes. God's own cycling county.

Sounds Great. Just what I need. If I dont make the Scotland v ireland match next week I will be in contact. Thank you.

We live in Sutton, so South, but not too far. There are lots of options just beyond ours.
