I think ive sorted it out. I took a look at

and followed the instructions laid out there. Ok, it IS intended for a road bike, but as far as the seat height and front/back setting goes, I think its worked for me. Ive also set the bars at the same height as the saddle. Took the bike for a ride around this area and the pressure applied feels like its more evenly distrubuted. Before, it all felt to be centred around my outer thighs near my knees.

Will see how it goes later this afternoon as I have a longer route planned. Thanks for the advice and ideas guys :tongue:
 
That vid is quite good Andy; IMO the guy speaks the truth, if your set up is a little bit different it doesn't matter as long as your comfortable; its right for you :sad:

Well, I went for a longer ride and found it a LOT easier :smile: - new saddle and ride position success lol
