If this comes into force, I'll be cancelling my donation to them and make it clear when cancelling why I am doing so.
Sections of the towpath I use are designated NCN routes, and have been improved with public (local council) and other charitable (Sustrans) funds, I'd like to see CRT/BW try and get me to seek permission to use this route where they happily took £500k from the local council to improve!
