John Smith, Robin Cook now Charles Kennedy. Why is it that politicians with some hint of humanity, decency, morals etc , seem to die suddenly?. The late Robin Cook really impressed me by resigning when Blair decided to throw in his towel with America's far-right and invade Iraq. His resignation speech was mesmerising.
