RIP Duchess of Kent

The Duchess of Kent passed away on the 4th September. Aged 93.

She has always been an elegant, friendly lady. A mad tennis fan and a busy royal. RIP

A nice thing I read today. She volunteered as a music teacher once a week at a local school and was apparently very down to earth, known as Mrs Kent.

Sad news. Come to think of it, I haven't seen her in public for years, as on tv, not in person, but you'll know what I mean. She was always there handing out the silver plate trophy for the Wimbledon ladies final and made the odd FA Cup final, meeting the players before kick off and handing out the losers and winners medals after the game.

It was sad news hearing it yesterday.
I always liked her as she seemed to care about other people.
My mum always liked her as well.
