She was not a Bond girl. She was a Bond woman. They don't often cast women who look unambiguously like adults in Bond films (Judi Dench a notable exception, and there were others)
Edit: I stand corrected. While her not looking at all like a child, she is clearly decades younger than most of the men at her table, and my dad would have called her a "lass" - which he did for women up to his age + 5 years at least. It was very confusing.
