[fossyant]

Whaaaattt. RIP !

[oxoman]

Sad a true legend and actor. Sadly he suffered in his later years.

[Richard A Thackeray]

He attended drama school, as a teenager, with Brian Blessed

[Oldhippy]

A brilliant man and will be sadly missed. I was secretly hoping for one more series of Picard before it was too late.

[cisamcgu]

Sad news

[Ratchet Cat]

Oh no. He can’t make it so any more😭😭
Very sad news indeed.

[captain nemo1701]

A sad week, first Walter Koenig, now Sir Patrick☹️

[AndyRM]

I'm not a Star Trek fan but I appreciated his work in other things. Sad news indeed.

[Oldhippy]

His scariest acting role was the bad guy in Conspiracy Theory with Mel Gibson. Great film.

[Drago]

No more Deputy Director Bullock

[postman]

[steveindenmark]

So sad. Such a lovely man and certainly the best Captain. RIP Another exceptional Yorkshireman.

Wow, wasn't expecting that, not that I had any idea of his health these days. Besides playing Jean-Luc in Next Generation, I quite enjoyed him as the nutcase Avery Bullock in American Dad.
