Road bike for sale £300 South Wales

My colleague has got a bike for sale, it looks rather nice. It's a Carrera frame with various top notch upgrades. (eg Shimano 105 shifters, Tiagra rear mech, Planet X carbon fork, Spesh carbon seatpost)

He is in Swansea and could deliver or meet for a handover up to about 30 miles from there. Ideally the buyer would collect though.

He is looking for £300. I've got a flyer he's created which I can email you if you're interested.

If it is a virtuoso a medium is about a 54 cm

If it is a vanquish a medium is a 56 cm

according to their website

I bought a medium vanquish via bikeradar and mistakenly thought it was a 54, it was to big for me so i ended up swapping it for a right size bike.

Is that BB->top tube or where the seat tube would meet the top tube if it were not sloping?(virtual )

I was quoting virtual , my virtuoso says 19 " frame which is a 48 cm but comes out at a 54 cm ( 21 ") when measured where the top tube would meet the seat tube if it were level . You can guess i was out there with a spirit level and a tape measure ........

Size taken from Halfords web site and stickers on bike. I have a very old 21.5 racing bike and I don't think there is much in it size wise.
