Road bike help

I'm new to Road Bikes where my father owns a Mountain Bike where i usually use
Goal: i really wanted to trim down some weight
I'm 5'9" and 96kg (211lbs) from the Philippines
I've done some research on the available bike shops near my location and here's what i found
*They normally recommend Size 52-56 for my height here (just the height since i'm asking through chat and never really went to a bike shop for fittings)*

All the bikes you list are well liked. It's always recommended to test ride before you buy, at 5ft 9" a 54cm sounds good to me.

Or possibly a 52 in Cannondale as they tend to come up a bit larger. Best to try them out

I'd certainly choose 105 over Sora if budget permits...otherwise get the colour you like most of the Sora options!
