Hi, got a road bike i brought to use but, im getting a new one in about 4 - 5 weeks time, so i dont need this one

Its an old Sun gt10
It will need
new tyres (old ones sidewalls f**ked)
new tubes? (might be worth putting new ones in)
new cables ( )
bar tape ( )

Where shall i messure from bottom bb or top bb, and where to

Where shall i messure from bottom bb or top bb, and where to

centre of bottom bracket to centre of top tube for seat height and centre of seat tube to centre of the tube the forks are in for top tube measurement.

I think its 56 cm, but that was bottom bb to the seat clamp
