Well, yes. In fact once the message has got across to every single vehicle driver (though not sure how), then there will be no need to target pedestrians at all.

Good idea. They are already watching cat videos on YouTube while knocking back Red Bulls to keep them awake at 100 mph in the outside lane on motorways. They could watch something like this while they are at it!

Yes, I was thinking about that moron after I posted!

I nearly got wiped out by crazy drivers on the same stretch of road the one time I cycled it.
