I remember getting excited when I saw my first dead coypu in The Carmargue. I stopped counting corpses after the first dozen in a few kilometers.

Dead badgers used to be quite common a few years ago. I used to use then as a unit of measurement e.g. a two badger audax. I rode a three badger audax once.
