Okay, I'll let you into a Noodley family secret:
Grill one side of bread, turn and cover in butter (proper stuff, salted, and lots of it).
Cover in thick slices of cheddar-type cheese.
Spread a bit more butter over the cheese.
Place back under the grill.
As it starts to bubble add some Worcestershire sauce and a dash of Tabasco.
Then chuck it under the grill for a wee bit more.
At the same time as al this is going on, open some beans (Heinz, none of this other rubbish) and as it heats don't stir. THis will mean the 'juice' rises to the top. Skim off the juice, but only the 'top juice', then add some grated cheese. It should be gloopy not runny.
Then put cheesy beans on top of toasted cheese. And spread lots of grated cheese on top; lovely.
