I quite enjoy listening to him, especially when the mask slips and he breaks out into infectious giggles. He's a nice antidote to the seriousness of Radio 4.

And he needs a haircut, right pronto.

Nuke his house!

Matthew Paris has really odd speech patterns - he holds his breath and makes unlikely pauses between words. Have a listen to any 'Great Lives' on R4.

I used to like him but I watched him presenting from Athens the other night and it sounded like all the attention he's had in recent years had gone to his head. It was almost as if he was trying to create gravitas in what he was saying by the delivery.

And I know it's not his fault but I always felt a little sorry for his old boss Stephanie Flanders. What a time to go off and have a baby?

Does anyone else find Louise Minchin on Breakfast cringeworthy? Giggling bint.

If by cringeworthy you mean well worth a bunk up, then yes I do.

Now Susanna Reid has gone to the commoners channel have you noticed how BBC News are desperately wheeling out every bit of middle aged fadge they can find?

Yeah, quite like him. But agree with Drago, his hair is getting as bizarre as his delivery.
I think it can be quite common after a trauma (losing wife) to go through an appearance transformation. I hope he and his family are getting the support they need.

I'll see your Francis Williamson and raise you Mike Bushell the BBC weekend sports presenter, far too short and very pointy ears like Spock.
