232 miles last week. How many do you suggest I need to do? If my suggestion isn't to your taste or anyone else's that's fine by me but leave the faux advice to those who can do it and make it sound funny. Oh, how many miles did you do last week?

MAC besides the hub what kind of bike do you ride.just curious but is there a weight penalty useing a rohloff .

i think i would rather go with my xt set up but each to there own.
mind you i never tried the rohloff so cant really judge.

If you never try a Rohloff how do you know what you are missing?

Seriously, there is slight weight penalty but IMO insignificant in the context of a laden tourer and easily offset by advantages.
