Just got a set of rollers as I got bored with a turbo, thought they might be a bit more interesting, I wasn't wrong unless I'm doing something wrong, currently I can't even let go of the handrail  They seem so unstable I wondered if I had set them up wrong, I'm supposed to have set them up as per idiot guide but the bike feels like it wants to go off the front if I slow even a little.

Sorry about the poor pictures I'll try to get some more in the light tomorrow if necessary

Bad form I know to reply to your own post but as nobody else did & I've been out & had another look at the idiot guide & found the addendum which had come loose, I didn't have the front roller far enough forward. The hub wants to be above or slightly behind the centre of the front roller, did this & was up & running in a couple of minutes. Seems harder work than our on the road but will hopefully build up my stamina & burn the calories on the rainy days.
