Thinking of buying a set to keep the legs going when the weather turns for the worst. Do they have any built in resistance or is it like riding along flat road with no wind all the time. Any advice would be great.

Elite V Arion's have resistance levels, 0, 1 & 2. Bought a set earlier this year and they give you a cracking workout, especially on resistance level 2.

Personally I wouldn't ride rollers on a mountain bike, I don't imagine knobblies and the polymer rollers would be the best of friends. I've never done it so can't speak from experience but I guess you would suffer a lot of vibration.
