What do you mean by pain barrier?
Our club's been running a weekly spin class throughout the winter. Every week after about 5 mins I'm thinking exactly the same thing: "I can't keep this going for another 55 mins!" But you do, everyone does.
You have two options. Either slow it down a tad, or just get used to the pain and carry on regardless!
Or the third option - a mixture of option 1 and 2!
