Romford Lurker saying hello

well I have been lurking on the forum for a while now. About time I said hello. Started riding in June this year on a Carrera Hybrid with 8 speed Alfine hub gears. Gone from 3 miles to 38 miles and lost 2 and a half stone. Loving it. Will post in the beginers section my cycling story, which is very similar to so many other tales that have served as inspiration to me over these 5 plus months.
