I made the mistake of riding through the winter. As a result the Aluminium "inspection" plate under the BB on my 872 is badly corroded. I've been in touch with Ribble who were not that helpful.
Does anyone know
1) where I could get a replacement
2) where I could get a drawing to fabricate one myself
3) have a spare in the shed that I could buy, or even borrow to measure up for 2) above

Found in the Yorkshire hills ...
Any photos? It could be similar to others.

I'm at the stage where I'm less worried about cause and just trying to remedy effect🥲

Is that flat, or radiused / profiled at all ? If flat - pretty easy by yourself as above....or a local 'odd-job shop'. If radiused; starting t get a lirtle more complex.

slight radius, but nothing a torch warming and a light tape over a suitable diameter pipe can't sort

Does it even need to be metal? When I received my Dolan a couple of years ago they had forgotten to fit the BB inspection plate  so I quickly knocked up a temporary replacement from a thick piece of plastic. It needed a bit of profiling but a few minutes with a hot air gun sorted that so I was able to ride the bike.
Needless to say a quick irate phone call to Dolan resulted in the prompt delivery of a new plate. It did cause me to question Dolan's quality control though but happy to report that I've had absolutely zero problems since then!
