Roubaix backed fabric patch 4"x 4"

Have worn a hole in my long serving bib-tights..... can't find a suitable source of appropriate cloth.. .anyone got an old tatty pair of bib-tights they no longer want - spares or repair, or a 4" square piece of suitable cloth they could let me have ?

Previous repair now worn through as well, and seems a waste to bin/replace them just for a small repair.... BTW, they're worn through rather than ripped/torn.
