I am starting to plan a 5 day ish cycle loop from Folkestone (maybe taking in a few european spots) so I can raise a spot of cash for a charity and challenge myself physically while I am at it.
So I was thinking of something along the lines of a loop from Folkestone - Portsmouth - Cherbourg - le Havre - Calais - Folkestone.
or
Folkestone - Calais - Somewhere in Holland - Harwich - Folkestone.
Approx 450 - 500 miles.... But Aperitif poo poo'd the options as a couple of days riding and a piss up on the ferry.
So any idea's of some nice fun/slightly challenging routes I could look at?
