Royal Mail Very Special Delivery

The Manager of the local Sorting office came to my home to view my complaint.

(Please note I only posted on YouTube after i heard nothing from Royal Mail, and i put in another complaint via email with a link on there website).



If i was home i would have slapped him round his head with a mop.

It is. I checked before contacting Royal Mail. You will see the logo when he turns round. Also the manager that came round confirmed it.

Inexcusable, but realistically where are posties supposed to go to the toilet now so many public conveniences are closed down.

correct on closer inspection; the idiot looks like he's got a white t shirt under the rm polo. you can get compensation for all sorts of things from royal mail (especially if a special delivery is delivered out of time), but i don't know if there's a fixed amount for pissing under the stairs though.

the office i work from (until next week) has a toilet, and not drinking too much coffee before shift means i can go all day without needing a pee if the walk i'm on doesn't have an opportunity to use a toilet, so there's no excuse really…

The managers (two chaps came) viewed the video and copied the link, apologised and said they will deal with it. They said i would get a reply in a few weeks, i just don't want to this to happen again.

As for where are posties supposed to go toilet. Not inside a hallway in a block of flats, there is no excuse! There are two pubs and two wooded areas, plus he could have just knocked on someones door and asked.

I did use the word "inexcusable" in relation to using the stairwell as a toilet.

Don't get me started on RM by 2006 after 34 years service i was spitting blood and could not wait for the next lot of vol redundancies mine came 6th August 2006.
Staff are not respected anymore and most of them are pi==ed off,just like this bloke.
But he should not have done that.I would threaten the Manager with contacting the owners of the block of apartments and the local council.Had he been on a night out in town a copper would have fined him.

personally, I would want them to be giving you a courtesy update every couple of days until resolution. I would also advise them you will pass on the complaint to the management company of the block of flats as they would probably want to get the hallway professionally cleaned, I know if I was living in the flats at bare minimum I would want this done!.

I made a similar complaint about a bin man - but this was out in the middle of the street for all to see including my kids.
