rsp cycle computer user manual

Hi all..need help! I have an rsp 3.0 computer with cadence, lost the user manual..cant find a copy anywhere. I took the battery out over xmas and now cant work out how to set it up for wheelsize and change from mph/kph..anyone got one who can tell me what to do?!
