I agree, the chances of getting caught is now so low that now the muppets are racing each other on busy roads. Scary, scary experience when you see it happening so often.

The sooner we get driverless cars or all cars fitted with insurance black boxes the better.

You have to factor in our feckin do gooder brigade tho, they'll claim its causing undue stress to the poor things, they will need compensation and 6 months off work, ptsd..unable to function bla bla..
