I have this theory that generally, the larger a country is, the more stupider its people are (although I actually suspect it is merely because there are a proportionately larger amount of idiots).

Some of these videos are genuinely scary, I mean, don't they have to pass a test to drive in Russia??

I get the impression from a lot of those scenes that the cars either have no brakes or the drivers are seriously over the limit.

If they come over here I expect they are allowed to drive on their existing country's license. Scary.
