Hi, new to site, returned to cycling after a long time off due to failing knees. Left knee was replaced August of 2017, got back on my bike, struggled, brought myself absoluteBLACK sub-compact chain rings and fell in love with cycling again. Even the hills here in South Wales, [can't pronounce most of the names though!].
58, [Just!] Trying to love life and live it the best I can.
Mostly vegetarian and dairy free. Health choice.
Don't think there's anything else.......
