Which way feels comfortable to you - i've just tried to measure the levelness of my saddle on the Ti bike as its been uncomfortable for a while now. After measuring i have found it was 5* down, which was causing me to slide forward and put too much pressure on the under carriage, arms and hands

So how is yours tilted?? up? down or level?

I use a spirit level on mine to make sure they are dead level.

Depends on the saddle. Level with the Selle and the ZFA (or whatever is on the Pearson). Specialized Oura on the Genesis is now slightly nose down

That said my undercarriage is different

Level. I did experiment quite a bit when I first had the Brooks, but kept coming back to level as the best setting. The Charge Spoon had to be set slightly nose down though otherwise I couldn't ride more than about 5 to 10 miles on it.

mine is a charge spoon - will see how it goes on the way home - but 5* did seem a bit to far down lol

I think it varies from saddle to saddle and from bike to bike.

Having said that I always start off dead level on new kit and rarely vary more than a couple of degrees from that either way.
