Santander cock ups

Since my old bank got absorbed into the big bad bank i have had nowt but trouble with them.

Whilst sorting out my new mortgage they got the details wrong , set up 2 mortgage protection policies and the latest..

Their verisign credit card protection site will not let me buy anything as it says my card does not exist !!

I rang them up and apparently its a known bug but all they could suggest was that i use another card , if they had not have waived the £2000 redemption fee on my last mortgage if i stayed with them i would have took my business elsewhere by now

I have just had a successful Ombudsman's complaint upheld after they failed to end my mortgage and took payments for a further 3 years..

Large fine, payment in compensation, and all payments made refunded with interest!
