Gloomy in the lakes but decent run on the Ullswater way. Just having a cuppa and then a bacon sandwich followed by a walk with the current wife.

Paddle boards and sauna / jumping in the lake before nice meal out

Took Bertie to the Arboretum and hopefully he’s tired himself I’ve not got time for a ride as I have to walk into town for my flu jab.

Afternoon all. Gravel ride completed this morning, nothiing to strenious just 37 or so miles around Robin Hood Country mainly off road. Come on @sungod what happened to your earlybird posts. Anyway back home and OH wants my attention for the rest of the wkend. She's feeling better ffs.

The last tile has been stuck to the wall. Hurray and I’m now going to throw out the shirts and T-shirt I’ve been wearing which are now about 2kg heavier each with adhesive.

Afternoon all.
Shopping with the wife (and for me) after two Tramadol and 2x Double espressos.
Interesting experience to say the least.
Managed to use my Decreptitude Blue Badge in anger and parked near shops. Nice.
