Morning Sungod, yep definitely a lovely start to the day. Off shortly for a club gravel ride shortly with the obligatory coffee and cake stop somewhere, although a beer garden might be preferable later. Have a nice wkend all.

Oats eaten, coffee slurped, just need to see how many teenagers I can accidentally stir on my way out.

Sitting in the sun with a cuppa rather than doing jobs, but need to do them as we have 12 people over for dinner later.

Hounds walked before the sun was too good and therefore it was a warm run to be doing hill repeats - horrible as they are it’s nice to be doing structured training again
